Jamshedpur: A heavy vehicle with national permit was today black listed for taking part in a religious procession that had taken out in the city recently here to mark Hindu Nav Varsh celebration.
The action was initiated after the trailer had participated in the procession that had taken out from Kadma Ganesh Puja maidan here.
The vehicle having national permit can not be operated in local areas, said East Singhbhum District Transport Officer, Dinesh Ranjan.
We have taken action against the vehicle for violating section 192(A), he said.
During its meeting with organizers of the procession recently, the district administration had directed them to ensure implementation of restrictive orders issued by the administration during the event.
The organizers had assured the administration to adhere to the orders.
