XLRI PGDM(GM) batch of 2022-23 brings forth one of its kind – KRONOS 2.0 – to be held on 15th October and 16th October 2022. KRONOS 2.0 is going to be a physical event (15 oct 2022) and virtual event (16 oct 2022) and the theme for the conclave is “Workplace 4.0: Creating Today for Tomorrow”.
The event will be facilitated by Ms. Aparajita Chaudhuri, Prof. Sunil Kumar Sarangi, Ms. Jeetu Mohan, Ms. Dilpreet Kaur, Ms. Divya Parimala Enamandra, Mr. Sohrab Faraz and XLRI PGDM (GM) Student Conclave Committee.

KRONOS 2.0 aims to provide a platform for sharing best industry practices and their views on what strategies the organizations can implement to navigate their organization through these turbulent times and make them future-ready, through a series of interactive panel discussions and keynote addresses by industry leaders.
Workplace 4.0 is one such paradigm shift wherein organizations are realizing the need to retain, nurture and maximize the potential of their employees. The HR function has emerged as a strategic partner to the business to facilitate the future transition of the workplace. Organizations need to change to accommodate the future workplace requirement from helping employees with a hybrid work environment, to managing the entire employee experience cycle remotely.
The First day of the Conclave starts with an Inaugural Address by Ranaveer Sinha, President Alumni Association & Board of Governors Member, XLRI Jamshedpur. Our Chief Speaker will be Varadharaju Janardhanan, Vice President HR, Flipkart.
We have our First Panel on topic “The Interaction between Human and Machine Labour” which will be discussed by Rajnish Kumar, Group President & Head – Compensation & Benefits and Business HR- YES BANK, Anshula Verma, HR Director and National Head Talent Acquisition- EY, Chandra Mohan, Head Employee Relations- Delmonte F. which will be moderated by Aparajita Chaudhuri, student of PGDM(GM).
The Second Panel is titled “Hyper Personalisation in HR” which will be discussed by Anand Dhruv, Associate Director HR, NTT Ltd., Vinay Agrawal, Global Head- Business HR, Tech Mahindra, Majid Ali Khan, Global Head of Talent Acquisition- InfoCepts and moderated by Prof. Sunil Kumar Sarangi, Faculty, General Management Area, XLRI Jamshedpur.
The Day 2 of the event starts with Panel “Rise of People Analytics & Future of Work” discussed by Vikas Maheshwary, Global Head HR Transformation – Biocon Biologics, Satish Mohapatra, VP & Head HR, Siemens Smart Infrastructure, Sumit Neogi, HR Director – South Asia, Middle East & Africa- The Lubrizol Corporation Corporation, Joydeep Roy, MD – HR & Talent Supply Chain Leader, PwC India and this will be moderated by Jeetu Mohan, Student, PGDM(GM).
The next panel will be of the topic “Mandate of Flexible Work Conditions regarding Time and Location” discussed by Ritesh Agarwal, Sales Capability Head- Asia BU Region, PepsiCo, Urooj Fatma, Head HR, Macawber Beekay Pvt Ltd., Amit Chincholikar, Global CHRO – Tata Consumer Products, Satish Rajarathnam, SVP HR – Head Talent Transformation, Mphasis and moderated by Dilpreet Kaur, Student, PGDM(GM).
The Panel 3 with the topic “Strategies to Navigate Era of Teamwork & Collaboration” will be discussed by Parsuram Dash, CHRP®, Head of Training, HR & Admin, VE Pharma Inc, Digwanta Chakraborty, Regional HR Director -Head HR, Trinity Life Sciences, Roma Bindroo, CHRO, Zepto, Yogesh Patgaonkar, MCC, Chief People Officer, Persistent Systems and moderated by Divya Parimala Enamandra, Student, PGDM(GMP).
The Fourth Panel with the topic “An Agile HR” will be discussed by R Alexander, Director HR, Oracle, Vikram Khanna, Global Talent Team Member & Global Sales Academy Lead, Solvay, Nidhi Dhanju. PhD, Group CHRO, Praj Industries, Rohith Kumar, Head of HR, Landmark Group – SPAR India (Max Hypermarket India Pvt. Ltd.) and moderated by Sohrab Faraz, Student, PGDM(GM).
The grand event will be concluded with a Vote of Thanks by the Conclave Committee of XLRI summarizing the whole session & bringing it to a delightful close.
