Jamshedpur: Twelve youths were rounded up allegedly for rash driving on Airport road under Kadma police station on Sunday night, police today said.
Superintendent of Police (City) K Vijay Shankar was returning following an investigation related to a case in Kadma on Sunday night when he spotted some youths were driving rash.
Twelve youths were rounded up and brought to Kadma police station after police confiscated three cars and a scooty, police said.
Police has also summoned the parents of the youths, who were later let off on PR bond following completion of formalities.
However, the vehicles were seized, SP said.
Police officer also appealed parents not to encourage minor children to drive without valid documents.
